Use of the Site

This Site is provided to describe Blackline Systems Agency’ AI receptionist, messaging automation, and review-management services, and to let prospective clients request a consultation. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.

Pricing Is Not a Checkout

Pricing shown on this Site is for reference only. Services are not sold through automated checkout — every account is configured individually following a consultation call. Nothing on this Site is a binding offer to sell services; an actual engagement is governed by a separate service agreement between Blackline Systems Agency and the client.

Compliance With Communications Laws

Clients who engage Blackline Systems Agency’ AI voice, SMS, or email automation are solely responsible for obtaining all consents required from their own customers, and for complying with applicable law governing automated calls, texts, and emails — including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules enforced by the CRTC, and any equivalent laws in other jurisdictions where their customers are located. Blackline Systems Agency provides the technology; clients are responsible for how it is used with their own contacts.

SMS Messaging Terms

Blackline Systems Agency may offer optional SMS communications to individuals who provide their mobile phone number and affirmatively opt in to receive text messages.

SMS messages may include responses to inquiries, consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling information, and related customer support.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you subsequently opt in again.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, purchasing services, or otherwise doing business with Blackline Systems Agency Agency.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Blackline Systems Agency name and mark — belongs to Blackline Systems Agency and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

No Warranty

This Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blackline Systems Agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site.

This Site may link to third-party sites, such as our Instagram and Facebook pages. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third-party site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
