We do not require an account to use this Site, and we do not collect payment information here.

Service Providers

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the Site and run consultations: GoHighLevel for scheduling and messaging, Google Workspace and Google Meet for email, calendar, and video calls, and Vercel for website hosting. These providers process information on our behalf and may store it on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to inquiries, schedule and manage consultations, provide requested information about our services, and communicate with you about your requests.

If you voluntarily opt in to SMS messaging, we may use the mobile phone number you provide to send non-marketing text messages related to your inquiry, consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling information, and related customer support.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS messaging is optional. You are not required to consent to SMS messaging in order to submit a contact form, book a consultation, or use our services.

Our Services

This policy covers this website only. If your business becomes a Blackline Systems Agency client, the AI voice, SMS, and email services we run on your behalf — and how data from your own customers is handled — are governed by a separate service agreement, not this Site’s privacy policy.
